All orders above SGD 60 within Singapore will receive complimentary shipping with tracking. Delivery will be attempted within 3-5 working days*, or 1-2 working days* for Express shipping option.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping fee starts from SGD 15. Shipping fee will be reflected upon checkout.

We offer free international shipping on orders above SGD 200, delivered by AirMail (tracking included).

International orders above SGD 300 will receive a free shipping upgrade delivered by DHL express.

JEWELLERY CARE

Our pieces are made using a range of materials. Read on to know more about the materials and how to care for them.

GOLD PLATED JEWELLERY

Thin layer of gold electroplated over a base metal - brass, stainless steel or sterling silver. Pieces with a stainless steel or sterling silver base are less prone to tarnishing as compared to other gold plated jewellery such as copper or alloy.

Avoid direct contact with chemicals such as hairspray, perfume, oils and moisturisers.
Store jewellery in the original pouch and place away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
Remove jewellery when swimming, showering, exercising, if it's a hot day and you will be perspiring and whilst sleeping.
If you layer rings, earrings or necklaces, note that metal rubbing against metal can affect the wear of your pieces.

STERLING SILVER JEWELLERY

Sterling silver is composed of 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals, as pure silver is too soft for jewelry making. Its hypoallergenic properties make sterling silver an excellent choice for those with sensitive skin, and it also boasts a bright, shiny finish. Over time, sterling silver may darken due to its reaction with air. However, this tarnish can be easily removed, and the original shine restored using a polishing cloth.

STAINLESS STEEL JEWELLERY

A great metal we like to work with is stainless steel, due to its exceptional durability and resistance to corrosion and oxidation. While it may have a "duller" appearance compared to sterling silver, stainless steel is incredibly long-lasting and doesn’t tarnish. It requires minimal maintenance and is easy to clean, making it ideal for everyday wear. You can even wear it in water or while showering without worrying about tarnishing or discoloration.

GEMSTONE JEWELLERY

Do not use jewellery dips or abrasive cleaners on gemstones.
Do not use chemical solutions to clean opaque gemstones like onyx, turquoise, and opals as it may cause discolouration.
Do not immerse your semi-precious gemstone jewellery in water.
Do not store semi-precious gemstones in direct sunlight.
Wipe them gently with a moist cloth and then dry them with a soft cloth before putting them away.

PEARL JEWELLERY

Freshwater pearls are soft in nature and can be scratched easily. Avoid leaving them in extreme dry conditions or immerse them completely in water.
Clean them occassionally with a moist, soft cloth.
Avoid harmful chemicals like alcohol, ammonia, bleach, chlorine, acetone, hairspray, perfume and cosmetics.
Do not clean pearls using silver polishing cloth.

WITH EVERY PURCHASE..

Each jewellery piece purchased from SSFW will include a zip-lock bag and jewellery pouch for you to store them

so you could wear them for as long as possible!

Without proper care for your SSFW jewellery (e.g. not removing these jewels before bed, during shower or swimming)

over time, the gold plating will start to wear.

This is the normal wear and tear process and is not a result of a manufacturing defect.
