Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with packaging intact.
Returns
We currently do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
If your item is eligible, we will assist with an exchange or store credit.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Sale or promotional items
- Customised or made-to-order pieces
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after purchase
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Online Purchases
For online orders, return postage and any related delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
We recommend using a trackable delivery method, as SSFW is unable to take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
In-Store Purchases
For purchases made at our boutique or department store counters, please bring the item together with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges are subject to item condition and stock availability.
